Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Brighouse is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Brighouse and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline a request for treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist, it is not safe or appropriate for you.
All treatments are subject to an online clinical assessment. Our prescribing pharmacist will review your submitted information and make an independent clinical decision. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate and in accordance with current NHS and MHRA guidelines. You must answer all consultation questions honestly and completely. Providing false or misleading information may put your health at risk and may result in termination of your account.
Our pharmacist may contact you for additional information before approving any prescription. All prescriptions are issued for personal use only and must not be shared or transferred.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards processed via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be confirmed at checkout. If your prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day. Orders approved after the daily dispatch cut-off time will be sent the following working day.
Delivery is to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring that a suitable person is available to receive the package. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions or incorrect delivery information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and applicable consumer exemptions for personalised medical products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical care. If you experience an emergency or a serious adverse reaction, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately. For non-urgent medical concerns, please contact your GP.
